Pchem Associates

PChem Associates makes silver nano particles for a water-based ink used on printed electronics.  At the nanoscale, PChem ink is highly electrically conductive and fast. The ink works at a lower manufacturing temperature that will not scorch paper. Scientific Games, the world’s largest maker of scratch off lottery tickets, is buying ink from them for a new electronic scratch off ticket game recently sold to loteries in three states and Quebec, Canada. China is also interested in the new lottery game.

The Promise of Nanotechnology

“The use of nanotechnology in consumer products and industrial applications is growing rapidly, with the products listed in the inventory showing just the tip of the iceberg.  How consumers respond to these early products — in food, electronics, health care, clothing and cars — will be a litmus test for broader market acceptance of nanotechnologies in the future.”
