January 20 NIST Funding Webinar
On January 20 the University-Industry Demonstration Partnership (UIDP) at the National Academy of Sciences and National Council of Entrepreneurial Tech Transfer (NCET2) will present a webinar, “Research Funding Programs at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.”
This webinar is open to anyone interested in how universities and industry can seek funding for their collective efforts. The webinar will be held 4:00-5:00 PM ET. Featured speaker is Dr. Lorel Wisniewski, Deputy Director, TIP Program, NIST. During this webinar, Dr. Wisniewski will discuss recent and prospective TIP opportunities that facilitate university-industry research collaborations to conduct high-risk, high-reward research in areas of critical national need. She will explain the features of TIP and describe opportunities to participate in the TIP process of determining critical national need topics that may form the scope of future TIP competitions.
