Dr. Anthony Green on Panel at PA Regional Nano Conference
Dr. Anthony Green led a “Best Practices” session at the PA Regional Nanotechnology Conference on May 27, 2009. The event was held at Drexel University and was co-sponsored by the Drexel Nanotechnology Institute (DNI), Lehigh Nanotech Network (LNN) and the NTI.
At this first joint DNI/LNN conference, these three organizations and other participants presented their capabilities and resources, and led discussions on issues impacting businesses involved in nanotechnology. Key topics included: how nanotechnology can affect your business; how businesses view and implement nanotechnology; and how businesses, academia, and government can work together.
Other panelists included: Ron Turi from Element 3, Battery Venture, LLC; William E. Toffey, City Energy Manager; Dr. Robert Carpick, University of Pennsylvania Director of the NTI; and Howard Bell, Founder of Sunstones BioSciences, Inc.
